Working hours: 37 hours a week (annualised) - October-March: 7:30am-3:00pm Monday to Friday,
March-October: 7am-4pm Monday to Friday

About the role

Grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, spraying, and more – join us as a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader and you’ll be doing them all. As part of our mobile Parks or Verges teams in Merton, you will keep several local parks, grounds and public walkways in wonderful condition for our client as well as leading and supporting a small team of Grounds Maintenance Operatives. It’s a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills, gain valuable experience, and grow with us in a friendly and encouraging environment.

Requirements

• Can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Previous Grounds Maintenance experience is required.
• Previous experience leading a small team would be an advantage.
• A full valid UK driving licence is essential.
• PA1 and PA6 licences are an advantage, but not essential.
