Customer Solutions Executive

About the Role: As a Customer Solutions Executive, your primary focus will be engaging with customers who are approaching the end of their financial contract or are considering financing a new vehicle. Your goal is to retain them within the Client's brand by offering tailored financial solutions and exceptional customer service.

Department: Customer Solutions - Sales

About the Department: The Customer Solutions team is a key part of the Sales Department, dedicated to ensuring our customers stay loyal to the brand. You'll be reaching out to customers nearing the end of their contract, offering them options such as refinancing their current vehicle or financing a new product. Whether customers are exploring alternatives or looking to stay with their existing product, your role will ensure they receive the best possible outcome.

What You'll Do:

  • Customer Retention: Proactively manage and retain customers at the end of their contract or during their contract term, helping them explore options to stay with the brand.
  • Proactive Outreach: Contact customers who've requested a settlement figure via the 'My Finance' app and are considering leaving the brand.
  • Tailored Solutions: Offer personalised refinance quotes, ensuring affordability and the best option for the customer.
  • Collaboration: Work with third-party dealerships to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Team Support: Support your team in hitting targets while maintaining a customer-first approach to guarantee the best possible outcomes.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, ensuring they stay loyal to the Toyota brand and become long-term advocates.

Key Experience & Skills:

  • Proven telesales or sales experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
