Warehouse Team Manager

Our client is currently seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Team Manager to join their busy site in Slough. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role within a well-established business, driving efficiency and motivating a dedicated warehouse team.

Shift Pattern: 06:00 - 15:00, 09:00 - 18:00, 13:00 - 22:00

The role includes some weekend work, which works out 1 out of 5 weekends

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring smooth running of all processes

Lead, manage, and support warehouse staff across shift patterns

Monitor performance and ensure targets, KPIs, and safety standards are met

Coordinate goods in/out, stock control, and order accuracy

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and H&S regulations

Work closely with senior management to implement improvements and drive productivity

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or management role

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities

Knowledge of warehouse systems and processes

Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage shift operations

Flexibility to work across set shift patterns
