Salary: 100 - 120 per day (based on experience)
Contract Type: Full-time, term-time only (Monday to Friday)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our vibrant primary school in Greenwich. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on students' education and social development.

As a HLTA in Greenwich, you'll support the teaching team with planning, delivering interventions, and helping students with both academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in planning and delivering lessons across subjects in Greenwich.
• Lead small group sessions and provide tailored interventions.
• Take on additional responsibilities such as leading a class in the teacher's absence.
• Encourage students' academic and personal development.
• Track student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
• Work with children with additional learning needs and provide necessary support.
• Follow safeguarding procedures to ensure student safety.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA qualification or equivalent preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude towards children's learning and development.
• Ability to lead small groups and deliver interventions.
• Adaptable to a dynamic classroom environment.
• Experience with children in a school setting essential
