About the Role:

Hill McGlynn is excited to partner with a reputable small regional residential developer to recruit a dedicated and hands-on Site Manager. This role is perfect for a site manager with experience managing sites ranging from 2 to 12 units or an experienced foreman ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage residential development sites from 2 to 12 units.

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff.

• Maintain effective communication with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.

• Provide hands-on support and leadership on-site.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing residential development sites or as a foreman.

• Strong understanding of construction processes and site management.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

• A relevant qualification in construction management or a related field is preferred.
