About the Role

As a Junior Mac Support Engineer, you will provide technical support to our team, ensuring seamless operation of macOS devices and related systems. You'll work closely with senior engineers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced IT environment. You will also assist with device management using Jamf and Apple Business Manager (ABM) to streamline deployment and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support for macOS devices, software, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Assist in deploying, managing, and maintaining macOS and iOS devices using Jamf.
• Support Apple Business Manager (ABM) for device enrollment and configuration.
• Help manage software updates, security policies, and system configurations.
• Assist in setting up and configuring Mac devices for new employees.
• Support users with macOS, iOS, and cloud-based applications.
• Maintain and update IT documentation and asset management records.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement security and system updates.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal teams.

What We're Looking For

• Basic knowledge of macOS and the Apple ecosystem.
• Familiarity with Jamf and Apple Business Manager (training can be provided).
• Understanding of IT troubleshooting and networking fundamentals.
• A proactive approach with a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Previous IT support experience (preferred but not essential).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
