We're looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join our energetic and growing team. In this role, you'll operate and maintain various types of machinery, with a focus on delivering high-quality output while keeping production running smoothly. A background in sewing or fabric handling is a strong plus, as many of our processes involve working with textiles.

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure consistent, high-quality production.

• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to minimise downtime.

• Work closely with team members to meet daily production deadlines.

• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

• Experience operating machinery, ideally in sewing, textiles, or a related field.

• Sharp attention to detail with the ability to spot defects and resolve issues.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle minor equipment repairs.

• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting while maintaining safety standards.
