SEN Teacher - South Hertfordshire

We are working in partnership with a forward-thinking school in South Hertfordshire who are seeking a passionate and committed SEN Teacher to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of pupils with a range of special educational needs.

The Role:

• Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons to meet the needs of learners with SEND, including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties.
• Work closely with specialist staff, teaching assistants, and parents/carers to provide a nurturing and inclusive environment.
• Monitor and track pupil progress, celebrating achievements and adapting strategies where needed.

The School is Looking For:

• A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) with experience in or a strong passion for SEN teaching.
• Someone who is patient, flexible, and able to inspire and motivate learners.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and families.
