BSN& Co are recruiting Family Assessment Support Workers for a residential assessment setting on a flexible temporary basis, with potential permanent opportunities.

Location: Redhill

Pay: £13.00 - £13.50 per hour

Shifts: Days, nights, weekends, and waking nights

Role Overview - Family Assessment Support Worker

As a Family Assessment Support Worker, you will support families within a residential setting, carrying out observations and contributing to formal assessments that inform safeguarding decisions.

Key Duties - Family Assessment Support Worker

• Observe and support parent-child interactions
• Record accurate daily notes and reports
• Work within a multi-disciplinary team
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment
• Follow safeguarding procedures and professional boundaries

Requirements - Family Assessment Support Worker

• 6+ months experience in residential family support, social care, or similar
• DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
• Strong communication and observational skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
