Join Our Client as a Band 6 Occupational Therapist - Flexible Hours

We're looking for a dedicated and motivated Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join a dynamic Neurorehabilitation Team in Leatherhead, Surrey. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your clinical expertise, work in a supportive multidisciplinary environment, and make a real difference in the lives of people recovering from brain injuries, strokes, and other neurological conditions.

Location: Leatherhead, SurreySalary: £37,338 - £44,962 per annum (depending on experience)Hours: 37.5 hours per week (full-time or part-time considered)? Start Date: ASAP

What You'll Do:

• Provide specialist assessment and treatment for clients with neurological conditions.

• Manage your own caseload, delivering therapy in both individual and group settings.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure person-centred care.

• Engage with clients, families, and other professionals to promote rehabilitation and independence.

• Contribute to the continuous development of neurorehabilitation services.

• Participate in supervision, training, and reflective practice to enhance your skills.

About You:

• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy with HCPC registration.

• Experience working in neurology or a multidisciplinary team (placement or post-graduation).

• Excellent self-management and clinical reasoning skills.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Empathy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for neurorehabilitation.

• Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
