We are seeking a Lecturer in Art and Design to join our Creative Industries Department. This role involves delivering high-quality education in L2 and L3 Diploma in Creative Practice: Art, Design, and Communication. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of creative processes, visual communication, and design principles.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Art and Design to students enrolled in L2 and L3 Diploma programs.
• Plan lessons, assess learner progress, and provide constructive feedback to support students in achieving their qualifications.
• Contribute to curriculum development and maintain accurate records of teaching, learning, and assessment activities.
• Ensure a high level of teaching quality and student satisfaction.
• Working hours are distributed as follows:
• Monday: 3 hours
• Tuesday: 3 hours
• Wednesday: 5 hours
• Thursday: 5 hours

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of creative processes, visual communication, and design principles.
• Proven experience in delivering Art and Design courses at similar levels.
• Ability to plan, deliver, and assess effective lessons.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to high-quality teaching and fostering a positive learning environment.
