Job Title: Maintenance Plumber

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join a leading facilities management company, working on a prestigious client contract. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dedicated team responsible for delivering first-class maintenance services across a network of modern office spaces. Project experience would be advantageous, and we are looking for a dynamic individual who can contribute effectively to the team. The ability to prepare quotes would also be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine plumbing maintenance and repairs.

• Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues promptly and efficiently.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Support the wider maintenance team with additional duties as required.

• Assist with project-related plumbing tasks as needed.

• Prepare and provide quotes for plumbing-related work when required.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Level 2 or Level 3 Plumbing Qualification (essential).

• Basic electrical experience (beneficial but not essential).

• Proven track record in a similar maintenance or facilities role.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Project experience (advantageous).

• Dynamic and proactive approach to work.
