Project Manager

The Project Director of a specialist Quantity Surveying and Project Management Construction Consultancy in the Southeast is seeking a reliable Project Manager to join their busy project management team which embraces flexible working.

The Project Manager s role

The Project Director is seeking a competent Project Manager (or Senior Project Manager) with JCT and or D&B contract knowledge to come in and lead a 350 unit, £80m build to rent scheme in Milton Keynes.

The successful Project Manager shall also support the Project Director on another legacy project which he is currently working on.

The Project Manager

• Minimum of 5 years Project Management experience
• The experience must be within the construction industry
• Must have Construction Consultancy experience
• JCT or D&B contract knowledge
• Comfortable leading a project
• Happy to work remotely
• MRICS or working towards

In Return: £55,000 - £65,000, plus extensive flexible working/ WFH offering, and benefits package on top.
