Key Responsibilities: Head of Business Studies

• Lead and manage the Business Studies department effectively
• Deliver engaging Business lessons at Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5

Person Specification: Head of Business Studies

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Proven experience teaching GCSE and A-Level Business Studies

• Leadership potential or prior experience as a subject leader or second in department
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A desire to contribute to whole-school improvement
