The Role: Mortgage Administrator

You'll be at the core of every successful mortgage case-owning the process from submission to completion. From chasing lenders and solicitors to keeping clients and brokers informed, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every application runs like clockwork.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing the full mortgage application process-from initial submission to successful completion.
• Liaising daily with brokers, clients, and lenders to gather documents, solve problems, and push cases forward.
• Providing outstanding customer service and timely updates to all parties involved.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring full compliance at every stage.
• Assisting with building and contents insurance sales (no prior experience needed-training provided).
• Keeping your cases organised and your team supported at all times.
