Parts Advisor

Our Client is looking for an Parts Advisor in Hayes to join their friendly and welcoming team.

What we are offering:

Full time/Permanent

Monday to Friday - 8am - 5pm - flexible

Salary up to 35,000

Qualifications/Requirements:

Accurately identify customer parts requirements.

Develop and maintain customer relationships.

Deliver a great customer service to all customers.

Maintain parts stock and stock records.

Process parts orders efficiently.

Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Contribute to departmental compliance with company policies and industry guidelines.
