Job Title: Children's Social Worker - Family Safeguarding Team

Location: Farnham House, Welwyn & Hatfield Team: Family Safeguarding Vacancies: 2 Pay Rate: Up to £37.00 per hour (UMB) Hours: 37 hours per week ? Working Arrangement: Hybrid (office & home-based)

• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a car

• ? Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England (SWE)

• Experience in family safeguarding or similar statutory social work settings

• Standard social worker duties including assessments, interventions, and safeguarding

Join our Family Safeguarding Team supporting families to keep children safe and improve family wellbeing. You'll work closely with children, parents, and partners to deliver timely, effective interventions.

• Conduct assessments and develop safeguarding plans

• Protect children at risk and support family change

• Collaborate with multi-agency partners

• Keep accurate case records and reports
