The Role - SEN Teaching AssistantWe are seeking a caring, dedicated, and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Croydon from September 2025. In this role, you will work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to provide tailored support to children with a range of special educational needs. You will deliver one-to-one and small-group interventions, assist in implementing individual education plans (IEPs), and promote an inclusive learning environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting children with SEN, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping every pupil achieve their best.
