Role: Chef de Partie (Flexible 40 hours over a 4 day week between Monday and Friday) Location: Piccadilly, LondonSalary / Rate of pay: £35,000 up to plus amazing benefits

What's involved?

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within your speciality
• Managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you
• Helping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus.
• Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety.
• Monitoring portion and waste control.

This role is based on 40 hours per week over 4 days working some straight shifts are preferred. Working within a Kitchen brigade of over 7 chefs in the restaurant kitchen you will be managing and controlling a busy section.
