Branch Administrator

Our client is a busy independent Estates Agency based in Borehamwood is looking for a self-motivated, hard-working, and enthusiastic person. Must be well spoken with excellent personable manner.

This is a great job for those who like to get involved in a variety of tasks and can multi-task with ease. As an administrator and viewing guide, you will be expected to do and have:

Good Communication skills

Entering data on the system

-Following tasks from beginning to end

Answering the phones

Typing Letters

Filing

Managing diaries

-Booking appointments

-Be well spoken, articulate, as well as being able to communicate with all types of clients effectively

-Should be highly organised and be able to work positively within the pressurised environment

Work well within a team with respect, honesty, and integrity

• The ability to confidently and professionally communicate and conduct viewings with customers looking to purchase properties at all values

You will need a full clean driving licence and your own car.
