Multi Trade

I am looking for a Multi Trade candidate to join the voids property maintenance team for a large housing company around Colchester. The role is a temporary position and involves working in Colchester and the surrounding areas.

The Multi Trade operative will receive:

• Hourly pay of 21 per hour
• Full time employment
• All work local within a 15 mile radius of Colchester

The Multi Trade will have:

• Relevant qualification in a core trade
• Experience working within domestic properties
• Full UK drivers license
• Own van

The successful Multi Trade will be responsible for:

• Working in void properties
• Working within a property from start to completion
• Multi works including carpentry, tiling, basic plumbing and decorating
• Travelling to jobs
