The Children's Society has been helping children and young people in this country for over 140 years. We run local services that support children when they are at their most vulnerable and in desperate need of help. We're there for children, every step of the way.
This role sits within our Social Impact domain and Supporter Experience Knowledge Group which works to engage our supporters to the maximum benefit of children and young people, whether that be by giving time, money or voice.
We are currently looking for a brilliant team player to join our dynamic, ambitious Supporter Care team. This is an amazing opportunity for someone from a Customer Service background looking to grow their skills as part of a friendly team.
This is busy, multi-faceted role responsible for key areas of Supporter Care and Customer Service - Inspiring and leading other members of the team, processing and thanking donations to agreed deadlines, engaging with our supporters and fellow staff members through a variety of different channels and championing and adhering to data protection and fundraising compliance.
KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
To be successful in this role, you would ideally have:
-Experience of working in a customer facing environment
-A real pride in your work and attention to detail
-Excellent communication skills across all channels
-A positive, opportunity aware outlook
