Exciting Opportunity for a Class Teacher in Aylesbury!
Job Title: Class Teacher
Location: Aylesbury (HP20)
Rate: 120 - 175 per day
We are seeking a passionate and resilient Class Teacher to join a specialist SEMH school in Aylesbury. This is a fantastic opportunity to support learners with Autism Condition/Autism Spectrum Disorder who find mainstream settings challenging. The role requires a teacher with excellent classroom management skills who can create a positive and structured learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of SEMH learners
Foster a supportive and structured classroom atmosphere
Implement effective behaviour management strategies to support student progress
Work collaboratively with support staff and SEN specialists
Build strong relationships with students to encourage engagement and learning
Key Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK (essential)
Experience working with SEMH learners is highly desirable, alternatively, strong behaviour management experience will be considered
A patient, calm, and adaptable approach to teaching
A commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment
