Job Requirements/Description
- Conduct regular inspections of water systems in commercial and residential buildings to ensure compliance with water hygiene standards.
- Perform risk assessments of water systems to identify potential hazards such as Legionella, contamination, and pipework issues.
- Carry out cleaning and disinfection of water systems, including tanks, cooling towers, and pipework, to prevent the growth of harmful bacteria and biofilm.
- Ensure systems are free from scaling, corrosion, or other contaminants that could affect water quality.
- Regularly monitor water systems, including temperature checks, chemical dosing levels, and other essential parameters.
- Maintain records of water quality, treatments applied, and any corrective actions taken.
