Ideally you will have a track record of providing excellent customer service or sales experience (Flooring/trades would be great!) and are confident using in-house IT systems. You will be bale to build relationships and are resilient and driven to achieve goals.

About The Job:

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
• Customer Engagement: Connect with customers over the phone and via Salesforce, our CRM platform.
• Promote Services: Highlight the benefits of our client's offerings to attract new customers with exclusive deals.
• Customer Solutions: Actively listen to customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Exceed Expectations: Go the extra mile to impress customers and ensure timely delivery (OTIF).
