About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor:

Long term freelance opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Surrey paying a competitive day rate. This opportunity involves working on multiple Design & Build commercial projects.

I am currently assisting a market leading brand in their search for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Our client take pride in the developments they deliver and have regenerated various other schemes across the UK in sectors of new build, fit out and refurbishment.

This is an opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a team on a freelance basis for a minimum of 10 months. They are looking for someone with a proven track record working and providing support with a main contractor whilst managing an assistant Quantity Surveyor.

The ideal candidate for Senior Quantity Surveyor:

• Main contractor experience
• Commercial experience
• Design & Build experience
