Maintenance Handyperson required for ongoing static commercial repair and maintenance role near Ashford in Kent

Essential applicant Requirements:

• Experience of planned maintenance and reactive repair work in commercial buildings
• Prior experience as a handyperson, maintenance person, repair person, or building maintenance person
• All applicants must live in the local area.
• Ashford in Kent

Principal Duties:

• Planned and reactive commercial maintenance and repair work
• Straightforward plumbing, basic electrical, fixing doors and windows, fitting locks, painting work etc
• Ashford in Kent

20.20 per hour - weekly pay, Monday to Friday (phone number removed)pm

Immediate start - long term role - very good chance of permanent contract for the right person after three month performance review

Fantastic handyperson and maintenance role, ideal for an experienced maintenance and repair person with very good previous experience in planned maintenance and reactive repair work such as straightforward electrical, plumbing, painting and basic joinery.
