Setting Out Engineer

My client is looking for an experienced Setting Our Engineer for a high-profile project in Kensington (N1) on a permanent basis.

The ideal start date for this role is April/May.

Total value of project upon completion is £180M with our client securing 4 packages:

1. MEP - Approx. £76m Split into 5 sub-contract packages
2. Raised Access Flooring - £3m
3. Turnkey Washrooms - £5m
4. Stonework - £5m

Successful candidates will have working experience with Tier 1 construction companies on high value projects in London and be skilled on sites involving new build, cut & carve and Cat A fit out.

In addition to your duties as an Engineer, the successful candidate will be required to turn their hand to some aspects of Site Management.
