What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting teachers in Bedford's primary or secondary schools

• Working 1:1 or in small groups with pupils who have additional needs such as autism, ADHD or social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges

• Helping students stay focused, feel safe, and build their independence

• Creating a calm, encouraging environment that supports learning and trust

• Learning what inclusive education looks like - and how to do it well

Who You Are

• A graduate who wants their work to have real impact

• Patient, flexible, and naturally good with people

• Experience with young people (in any setting) is a bonus - but not essential

• Curious, compassionate, and ready to learn

• No teaching qualifications needed - just dedication and the right attitude
