Principal Designer

My Client is currently looking for a Principal Designer to join them on a permanent basis in their office in Kent.

The ideal Candidate will have:

- Proven experience in undertaking the role of CDM Principal Designer

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and basic Revit preferred.

- Strong communication skills

- Ambitions to progress within an organisation and have a lasting career

- RIBA registered Principal Designer or APS Principal Designer or other recognised professional body ARB registered.

- NEBOSH certificate or other relevant qualification

- IMaPS, CMaps or FaPS and IOSH or IIRSM member

- Someone with 10 years' previous experience
