? Job Opportunity: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner (Full-Time) - £30,000 per year ?

Location: Edenbridge, Kent Salary: Up to £30,000 per year Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• ? Manage and supervise a group of young children in an early years setting
• ? Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
• Provide a safe, secure, and stimulating environment for children to learn and play
• Support children's social, emotional, and educational needs
• Drive continuous improvement in teaching practices and contribute to a positive team culture

What We're Looking For:

• ? Level 3 Qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
• Proven experience in an early years setting
• Excellent communication skills in English
• A warm, caring, and professional approach to childcare
• A proactive attitude and a genuine love for working with children
• Driving Licence (preferred but not essential)
