Are you passionate about supporting people with learning disabilities Kisharon Langdon is looking for two Nursery Key Workers to join our team.

Location: Tuffkid Nursery, London, NW11 9HG

Salary: Competitive - according to experience and qualifications

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Hours: 5 days a week (term time only), Mon - Thurs 8.15am - 3.45pm, Fri 8:15am - 1:30pm

Start date: 5th January 2026

Closing date: 5th December 2025

Nursery Key Worker - The Role:

Tuffkid are looking for two vibrant and enthusiastic Nursery Nurse/Key Worker to join our passionate and dedicated team and work with special needs and mainstream children, following EYFS guidelines.

Nursery Key Worker - Key Responsibilities:

- To be prepared and willing to assist (under supervision) with any child in the nursery class regardless of the severity of their disability

- To act as key worker and focus on specific children's needs, as required

- To assist the Head of Nursery in all aspects of the work as required

- To be fully aware of and to put into practice all health and safety and safeguarding procedures

- To follow any behaviour modification programmes

Nursery Key Worker - You:

- Experience with Special Educational Needs is not required as full training will be provided

- NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, or willingness to undertake, is required

- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, with other staff, parents and other professionals

- Ability to work well under pressure
