About the Role:

As Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in establishing and developing all aspects of the business, from CQC registration and recruitment to service delivery and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the CQC registration process, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing care team.
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.
• Drive business growth by securing new clients and increasing care hours.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities and healthcare professionals.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or Registered Manager in domiciliary care.
• Comprehensive knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
