Build Recruitment are working with a large contractor within the housing association sector to recruit for an experienced Supervisor to join the special projects team in Enfield.

This is an exciting opportunity for Supervisor that is experienced within the social housing sector to join a long standing team on fire door project. Our client are happy to look at candidates that either have repairs supervisory experience or that come from a planned projects background.

The contract is ready to go and therefore we are looking for candidates that can be available immediately and that can hit the ground running.

This is a permanent opportunity but is initially offered on a 6 month temp to perm contract.

Ideal candidates will hold a SMSTS or SSSTS qualification. You must have experience on a similar contract within the social housing sector.

The role is based 50% in the office at Enfield and 50% on the road in Enfield working with the RLO and sub-contractors.

Job details:

• Supervising a large fire door install project
• Managing sub-contractors
• Organisation of the project- Excel skills are essential
• You must have experience of reading Asbestos reports
• Technical fire door skills and qualifications are not essential

You will need:

• Full UK manual driving licence- a van and fuel card are provided
• Previous experience on a similar contract
• Relevant trade and management qualifications- SMSTS would be ideal
• Excel skills- filtering of spreadsheets, organising data, creating pivot tables
• Ability to read Asbestos reports
• Clean DBS
