Basic Salary: £30,000 to £33,000

On Target Earnings: £60,000+

Our client, a highly regarded independent estate agent in Luton, is seeking a motivated and experienced Mortgage Broker to join their thriving team. This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career in financial services with a business that values professionalism, integrity, and progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert mortgage and protection advice tailored to individual client needs.
• Manage a pipeline of mortgage applications from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and introducers.
• Keep up-to-date with mortgage products, criteria, and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver a first-class customer experience, ensuring clients receive clear and transparent advice.
• Work closely with the estate agency team to maximise business opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed agreed performance targets and KPIs.

The Ideal Candidate:

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified with proven mortgage advising experience.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, protection policies, and the application process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple cases effectively.
• Driven, target-focused, and motivated to achieve high earnings.
• Previous experience working within an estate agency environment is advantageous.
