Electrical Building Services Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Undertake electrical design work for building services projects.
Carry out lighting and cable calculations.
Ensure compliance with Part L regulations and other relevant standards.
Liaise with utility providers for new and existing service diversions.
Work collaboratively with architects, clients, and contractors.
Conduct site inspections to monitor project progress.

What They're Looking For:

A degree in Electrical Engineering.
Experience as an electrical building services design engineer (UK experience preferred but not essential).
Knowledge of BS 7671 wiring regulations and relevant British Standards is beneficial.
Familiarity with Revit MEP and BREEAM is an advantage.
A valid UK work permit and the ability to travel to project sites.
Own transport and a valid driver's licence.
