Location: Kingston upon Thames

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm (across 37.5 hours per week)

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Maintenance Handyperson to join our team in Kingston upon Thames. This role involves carrying out a variety of tasks to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning and treating areas affected by mould within bedrooms and communal spaces.
• Performing minor redecorations, including basic painting and touch-ups.
• Conducting general maintenance duties as required to ensure high standards are maintained.

Requirements

• Previous experience in maintenance, repairs, or a similar role.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• A practical, hands-on approach and commitment to health & safety.

This is a full-time position offering stable hours and an immediate start for the right candidate.
