Do you have a passion for making a difference in the lives of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)?Complete Classroom Services are working in partnership with a highly respected special school for pupils aged 4-19, with a strong reputation for excellence and innovation, to recruit enthusiastic and committed Support Staff.

About the Role

As a member of the support team, you will play a vital role in helping pupils with Profound, Severe and Complex learning needs - including Autism, Speech, Language and Communication difficulties, and associated medical conditions - to achieve their full potential. You will work alongside an experienced and highly skilled team of Teachers, Therapists and Teaching Assistants who are passionate about creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

You'll Be Supporting

• A vibrant, well-equipped learning environment with hydrotherapy, sensory and specialist facilities.
• Pupils engaged in a broad, personalised curriculum, preparing them for independence, adulthood and employment.
• Learning both within classrooms and in unique outdoor spaces, Forest Schools, PE and vocational experiences.

What We're Looking For in a Teaching Assistant

• A proactive, flexible approach with the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Experience in a SEND setting is desirable, but training will be provided for the right candidates.
