Job Title: Project Manager Building Servies - Fit-Out Projects (CAT A & B)
Location: London (Various Site Locations)
Job Type: Full-time - Contract

Are you a skilled Project Manager with a passion for high-quality fit-out projects with a building services background?

Do you have experience in managing projects valued between £50,000 £500,000?

We re looking for someone with a strong track record in delivering CAT A & B commercial fit-outs to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end project management of CAT A and CAT B fit-out works

• Managing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery

• Overseeing health & safety, quality control, and compliance on-site

• Budget management, cost control, and reporting

• Liaising with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle

• Driving project milestones and resolving issues proactively

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing fit-out projects, ideally in the £50k £500k range with a building serves /M&E Background

• Solid understanding of CAT A and CAT B specifications and processes

• Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills

• Ability to manage multiple sites and work under pressure

• SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold card preferred), and First Aid certification

• Based in or able to travel across London daily
