We are looking for a skilled Civil's Gang within the Kent region, to join our dedicated Company. Due to the nature of the works, there may be a requirement to work out of hours (nightshift) or over the weekend, although notice will be given.

As a Civil Gang you will be required to do a variety of tasks to a high standard and there will be opportunities to progress within the company.

Location : Based in Maidstone and Medway Salary : Negotiable depending on level of skill Duties :

Assist and be part of the delivery of Day- to- Day maintenance, minor and major Civil projects
Provide first class service to our clients, along with quality and pride.
Ensuring HSQE regulations are complied with at all times.
Must be able to work to a program
Daily site reporting along with site folders
Preferrable to have tarmac laying experience

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications :

General Civils Works, (kerbing, edgings)
Able to read drawings
Full UK Driving Licence is essential
Valid CSCS card is essential
Valid Street Works
PTS competence is advantage
Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
Good communication skills
Able to adapt quickly to support colleagues and clients
Methodical and structured approach to problem solving
Relevant Tickets for competency of Civils
Must have good team ethic and the drive to deliver projects on time
