Job Title: Speech and Language Therapist

Start Date: ASAP - 1 day a week - flexible hours

Location: Carshalton

Key Responsibilities:

As a Speech and Language Therapist, you'll play a vital role in helping learners access their chosen curriculum by:

• Conducting holistic assessments and delivering person-centred interventions.
• Supporting students with communication, social, and behavioural needs.
• Collaborating with teaching teams to embed communication strategies across settings
• Providing training and coaching to staff
• Working closely with families, carers, and external professionals

What We're Looking For:

• A recognised qualification in Speech and Language Therapy
• Experience in special educational settings
• A background in working with young people and adults with complex needs, including Autism and profound learning difficulties
