I am recruiting for an Estimator to join a client of mine in Hampshire, they are a main contractor who specialise in commercial projects. They are a highly reputable company who work all over the south coast!

They are looking for someone who has experience in internal refurbishment on internal commercial projects.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to progress their career as this company offer a great progression path!

Role and responsibilities:

• Working as part of the pre-construction team
• Reporting into the Estimating Manager
• Liaising with sub contractors and suppliers to put together details estimates
• Being involved in the handover process as and when jobs are won and go live

Requirements:

• Experience working for a main contractor
• Experience on commercial refueb projects
• Construction background as either an Estimator, Quantity Surveyor or project Manager
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages

Salary and benefits:

• Salary up to 70,000 DOE
• Company car or car allowance
• Benefits package
