Key Requirements:

Proven experience working within a UK architectural practice

Strong technical knowledge, particularly in the residential sector

Proficient in Vectorworks and Revit

Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing

Practical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Role Responsibilities:

Produce detailed technical drawings for planning, Building Regulations, and construction

Provide robust technical input throughout the design and delivery stages

Ensure documentation complies with current building standards and regulations

Collaborate across teams on residential and commercial projects
