We are seeking a Spanish Speaking Sales Assistant to join a vibrant retail team based in Covent Garden. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and thrives in a dynamic retail environment.

• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every client enjoys a premium shopping experience.

• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and support stock management.

• Drive sales through confident communication, proactive engagement, and strong product knowledge.

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive team culture.

• Support the management team with daily store operations and light administrative duties.

• Share styling advice and product insights to enhance the customer experience.

• Participate in promotional activities and in-store events to boost brand visibility.

• Proven experience in a retail or customer-facing role.

• Luxury retail experience is highly desirable.

• Fluent in Spanish and confident communicating with international clients.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

• A genuine passion for fashion, trends, and styling.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends.
