Employee Experience & Inclusion Advisor - Job share
Salary: £42,000 (pro-rata) per annum plus benefits
Reports to: Head of Organisational Effectiveness
Directorate: Chief Operating Office, Human Resources
Working hours: Permanent, 14 hours per week Job share
Location: Stratford, London w/ high-flex (1 - 2 days (pro-rata) per week in the office)

From shaping policies and processes to creating tools and resources, you'll help embed inclusion and wellbeing into everything we do.
You'll join a team of two Advisors, each with a unique focus: one leading on Insights & Voice, the other on Solutions & Adoption. Together, you'll make sure every voice is heard and every improvement lands.
