IT Engineer

Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented IT Engineer to join our client s dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in Access Control Systems, CCTV, and networking technologies, alongside strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Commission, configure, and maintain Access Control Systems such as Gallagher, Paxton, Brivo, or equivalent technologies.
• Implement and troubleshoot CCTV systems, including HikVision, Avigilon, Milestone, and related platforms.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to design and deploy tailored solutions for security and IT infrastructure.
• Analyse and resolve technical issues, adhering to strict deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Provide technical support to clients, ensuring timely resolution of queries and minimal downtime.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance service delivery.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficiency with Access Control Systems (e.g., Gallagher, Paxton, Brivo).
• Solid understanding of CCTV systems and experience working with platforms such as HikVision, Avigilon, and Milestone.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a technical, logical thought process.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client interaction and report writing.
• Working knowledge of web technologies, networking, and online transactions.
