Senior Asset Management Surveyor

INTERIM SENIOR ASSET MANAGEMENT SURVEYOR

Park Avenue are pleased to be working with a Local Authority in the Southeast on their Interim Senior Asset Management Surveyor vacancy.

This role is maternity cover and will likely run for 6-12 months. They require you in the office 2-3 days per week, including site inspections/meetings.

Being Chartered with RICS is required, along with public sector experience being desirable.

Your focus will be on their investment and operational portfolio, principally comprising industrial, office and retail assets, valued at £288.9M producing an annual rental income of £19.3M.

Your day to day will include managing the investment portfolio, responsibilities being rent reviews, negotiating new lettings, lease renewals & generally dealing with all landlord and tenant matters including processing applications for landlord's consent, surrenders and dilapidations. You'll also oversee estate management of multi-let properties including managing service charges and budgeting, overseeing Letting Agents (where already appointed), debt monitoring and income management.

The Council are looking to host interviews next week, with a start date 1-2 weeks after.
