Job Title: Road Import/Export Operator

Location: Slough

Salary: £35,000-£40,000

Key Duties Road Import / Export Operator:

• Handle import and export shipments across for road freight and occasionally air, and sea.
• Plan and manage the end-to-end process, including collections, bookings, documentation, and billing.
• Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues quickly.
• Oversee customs clearance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor shipments, ensuring deadlines and service levels are met.
• Deliver excellent customer service by keeping clients informed and supported throughout the process.
