Store Manager

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per year

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Saturday 8:00am - 1:00pm

We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to join a successful and growing company based in Milton Keynes. This is a great opportunity for a motivated Store Manager who enjoys leading a team, driving sales, and ensuring smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations and lead a small team.
• Maintain excellent customer service and presentation standards.
• Oversee stock control, merchandising, and deliveries.
• Drive performance and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Organised, proactive, and results-driven approach.
