They are seeking an experienced and driven project manager to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a professional with a proven ability to pitch, win, and deliver high-profile projects valued between £5 20 million while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Winning Projects: Lead the preparation and delivery of compelling project pitches to secure new business.
• Project Leadership: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to impeccable quality standards.
• Team Management: Inspire and manage project teams to deliver outstanding results, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact, nurturing strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project.
• Risk and Budget Management: Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies while maintaining strict cost controls.
• Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to health, safety, and industry regulations

Qualifications and Experience:

• Significant experience as a project manager with a Tier 1 contractor. Longevity in similar roles is essential.
• Proven success in pitching and securing projects valued between £5 20 million.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire teams and build lasting client relationships.

Comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, and industry regulations.
Relevant certifications such as SMSTS and CSCS
